My time at UBS was incredibly formative. Working with affluent Swiss clients as a Senior Client Advisor and Team Leader honed my skills in tailoring financial strategies to meet diverse needs. Additionally, being part of the founding team of a private bank in Zurich showed me the intricacies of building financial institutions from the ground up, which is invaluable for my role at Lumen Capital.

How important do you feel active listening is in understanding clients’ needs, and how do you apply this in your work?
