Who’s in Charge After Goldman’s Investment Bank Management Shakeup

Goldman Sachs (GS) is shaking up the leadership of its storied investment bank, moving a top dealmaker and the chief of its Latin American operations into co-head roles alongside John Waldron, according to two people familiar with the matter.

Gregg Lemkau, co-head of the Wall Street firm’s global mergers and acquisitions unit, and Marc Nachmann, who led the global financing group as well as Latin American businesses, are both members of the bank’s management committee and have been partners for more than a decade.
