The Michigan-based bank says it was looking to modernise its technology stack and utilise a “more modern” and “customer-centric” solution, and since choosing nCino, has been able to streamline operations, enhance its customer experience and strengthen its “competitive edge” in the region.
It adds that partnering with nCino has enabled the bank to go live on an “accelerated timeline”, with nCino claiming Honor Bank was able to implement its solution in “just six months”.
Established in 1917, Honor Bank provides banking services to individuals and businesses in northwest Michigan, including checking, savings and investment accounts as well as credit cards, loans and mortgages.
