Fukui migrates to IBM Cloud to meet digital banking demands

The Japan-based bank aims to drive operational transformation, create a more flexible IT environment, bolster operational security, enhance its initiative to support local community development and be able to respond more quickly to the demand for more personalised digital services.

Fukui Bank will use IBM Cloud Migration Factory to take a multi-pronged approach to re-host, re-platform, re-architect and modernise its infrastructure, while reducing migration costs and time with the help of automation and other tools.

The use of IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions allows Fukui Bank to quickly migrate to the cloud without having to change its existing processes, but retaining the same level of control, security and features.
