Citizens Bank appointed Jack Murphy president of Business Banking.
Murphy, an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, previously served as head of Business Banking Sales. Murphy replaces Chris Ward, who is leaving to pursue another opportunity. In his previous role at Citizens Bank, Murphy managed more than 400 bankers and contributed to the evolution and growth of the business.
